Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and initiate new HR policy aligning with company requirement as well as ensure periodic update and communication of HR policy to the employees.
∎ Manages the design and implementation of recruitment and selection program, including development of recruitment materials, screening appropriate applicants, coordinate selection procedures and conduct background and reference checks of the candidate.
∎ Develop and maintain organization Internship Program.
∎ Identify critical employee training needs across the company. Design annual training calendar, supervise its execution and monitor the effectiveness of training.
∎ Assist line manager to addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
∎ Coordinating external training as the need arises.
∎ Assist line manager in designing and delivering L&D solutions to support the organizational change and development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer based, self-managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, class room and on job learning as appropriate.
∎ Assist line manager to assess the effectiveness of training delivery and content through formal and ongoing validation.
∎ Assist line manager in many comparative analysis, feasibility study, numerical analysis.
∎ Assist line manager in preparing and quality checking of Goal Sheet as well as in conducting annual performance assessment and evaluating performance assessment to ensure development and retention of key talents.
∎ Monitor and supervise organization's reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions to bring expected performance and retain performer as well as to initiate more benefits within existing budget.
∎ Monitor and supervise the organization payroll system. Ensure organization's and employee's interests are protected and the policies/practices of the organization are legally compliant.
∎ Oversee all day-to-day office administrative activities including office expenditure and pool vehicle to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
∎ Oversee complete facilities and infrastructure of office and liaison with contractors and interiors for the same.
∎ Any other HR responsibilities assigned by the Management as and when required in the interest of business situation.

∎ Minimum 6+ year(s) of proven experience in HR Operations and Admin
