Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated, Good communication skills in both English and Bangla, Strong analytical ability, Strong leadership and team management skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HR Policy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies which align with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing needs, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manage and streamline the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Support all departments through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Define and establish employee KPI across all departments.
∎ Assess and monitor employee KPI.
∎ Prepare Yearly HRD Budget for all SBUs of Sheba Group.
∎ Monitor Employee Tax Calculation & TDS from Salary and maximize the Income Tax benefits.
∎ Oversee and manage an effective Performance Appraisal System that drives employee performance.
∎ Monitor and supervise the organization payroll system.
∎ Monitor and supervise organization's reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions to bring expected performance and retain performer as well as to initiate more benefits within existing budget.
∎ Monitor and supervise organization's events (Annual Picnic, Iftar Program, Pohela Boishakh etc) as per set schedule and within the budget.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Work independently and prepare monthly reports for Managing Director about overall human capital performance of each department of each SBUs.
∎ Assist with hiring top talent from marketplace as well as assist with removing inefficient team members that are detrimental to company and affecting overall performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having Professional Degree will be given preference.
∎ At least 10 years of working experience in which at least 5 Years in managing/ leading role.
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & it's amendments.
∎ Must have expertise in calculating employee Income Tax according to Income Tax Act.
∎ Commitment, positive attitude and ability to collaborate with teams.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge in MS Office Package & Internet related task.
∎ Determined to succeed and achieve top results.
∎ Must be detail oriented & have the ability to achieve perfection in each work.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive package depending on the experience & capability of the candidate.
