Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Financial Statements, coordination with statutory auditor, Reconciliation of dividend receivable.
∎ Ensure compliance to rules and regulations of Income Tax, VAT, Customs Act etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of annual business plan (ABP) & bridge analysis for budget variances.
∎ Conduct financial data analysis of different projects, preparation of feasibility report and highlighting the key issues.
∎ Liaison with bank/financial institutions for procurement of loan.
∎ Ensure proper fund and cash management.
∎ Ensure effective tax and VAT planning within current legislation and preparation of companies tax return.
∎ Ensure proper management of treasury & working capital.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance, proper VAT & TAX management and dividend management.
∎ Ensure proper settlement with DSE, reconciliation of payable & receivable with DSE.
∎ Ensure preparation of reports for regulatory bodies like Bangladesh Bank, BTRC, BSEC, DSE, CDBL, NBR etc.
∎ Check and monitor: daily and weekly transaction reports, financial statement, company performance report.
∎ Assist to external auditors and implementation of their recommendations.
∎ Create good team spirit and assist Group Financial Controller to achieving the organizational goal.
