Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day accounts and administrative works.
∎ Prepare all types of vouchers with proper documents.
∎ Perform and maintain banking related issues and petty cash.
∎ Prepare monthly financial report and timely submission to management
∎ Preserve all documents including bill-voucher, cash-ledger books, files, register, reports etc.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of VAT to the government treasury and prepare report.
∎ Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.
∎ Assist in new staff recruitment, induction and carry out necessary tasks.
∎ Arrangement logistics support services such as stationery, photocopying, vehicle, office cleaning, etc.
∎ Maintain fixed asset registers, stock register and keep track of items.
∎ Ensure that purchases/procurements have been processed following policy properly.
∎ Maintain personal file of the staffs, leave and other registers.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
