Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To oversee the total operations of the hotel.
∎ To deliver hotel budget and set short and long term strategic goals.
∎ To ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
∎ Preparing subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget and Marketing & Sales Plan.
∎ Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment’s and services.
∎ To hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
∎ Maximizing room yield and hotels revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.
∎ To manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Overseeing and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
∎ Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
∎ Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
∎ Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
∎ Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
