Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain daily accounts, financial records, and ledgers.
∎ Prepare accurate financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
∎ Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory accounting and cost tracking.
∎ Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial planning.
∎ Collaborate with management to provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
∎ Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the poultry or food industry will be a plus.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or other relevant tools).
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
