Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our range of processed chicken products.
∎ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
∎ Marketing & Brand Promotion:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Plan and participate in promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and events.
∎ Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online presence and sales.Customer Service & Support:
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Provide product knowledge and training to clients as needed.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with logistics for smooth operations.Reporting & Analysis:
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
∎ Monitor and evaluate sales performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to align sales strategies with supply capacity.Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or poultry industry.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
