Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ BBA/B Com, MBA/M Com in Accounting, Finance.
∎ CA (CC)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience: At least 3 years but will be preferred experience as an Internal Auditor in the field on Hospital, Diagnostic & Consultation center.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Internal Audit on the field of purchase, Sales, Consumable items, Inventories, all other income and Expenditure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop audit program, guide/procedures and internal control function for internal auditor(s) to implement audit program and procedures.
∎ Preparation of budgets and control procedure.
∎ Preparation of detailed audit plan time to time and evaluation of the program with findings.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealing and record and report timely.
∎ Completing audit field work according to establish working schedule. Planning with cost control to minimize wastage for increased productivity and efficiency.
∎ Identify weakness in the internal control system and contributing to the development of the process/ system.
∎ Analytical skills, independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties.
∎ Identify business process risks Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls Ascertain business process threats Operational Expenses Bill like petty cash expense audit.
∎ Performing all reconciliations and analytical procedures.
∎ Payroll audit (wages, salary & OT, Earn leave encashment, Final settlement & maternity bill etc.) Repairs & maintenance, Erection, dismantling & project bill audit.
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.
∎ To check inventory in regular basis. Conducted any assignment assigned by management time to time.
∎ Reporting to Managing Directors on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
