∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily petty cash operation, maintain documentations, carryout the posting of entries.
∎ Salary disbursement, production incentive payment, all other cash/non-cash payments Daily petty cash reconciliation.
∎ Budget preparation & control Deal with supplier, raise work order, control transactions Service bills and other bills payment.
∎ Visit other plants/units in the division on a regular basis in order to monitor adherence to procedures and systems or payments.
∎ Conduct fixed asset inventory takes & physical verification of assets in order to ensure availability and accounting of available assets.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management Manage risk evolving from operations .
∎ Internship duration 6 months .
