Responsibilities & Context:
- Drive a digital and data driven culture within the plant by coaching internal departments towards fact-based decision making and through digital capability building, whilst acting as a Change Agent .
- Act as a conduit between SBU Digital team and the Business Stakeholders in identifying and harmonizing the Digitization needs (including ERP) and opportunities within the plant .
- Support the division to accelerate Technology transfer of Future Proofing Systems with focus on all projects, not limited to Shop Floor Systems, PLM, RUBER, Thulitha based on the direction by the Divisional team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and define a potential tech requirement, impact validation and act as ‘Business Translator’ to provide solutions in order to cater to the problem in a timely and effective manner thereby ensuring the right solution is given for a well defined problem.
- Support the division & central team to drive the Plant’s Digital Transformation journey by gathering requirements, benchmarking solutions, seeding & scaling internal Projects, and ensuring any customer standards are adhered to by all Plant Teams and Depts.
- With the support of the Head of the plant, be responsible for the realization of impact of Digital Projects within the Factory.
- Train Business Users on Microsoft O365 and Power Platforms to accelerate Modern Workplace adoption and usage thereby ensuring the SBU capitalizes on all available O365 functionality to its fullest potential.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proof of concepts, discussions to drive awareness, in order to ensure adoption of tech solutions.
