Education:
  • B.Sc. in EEE or Mechatronics from any reputed universities (BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, IUT & AUST).

  • MBA in Finance with EEE or Mechatronics Engineering will be preferable



Requirements:
  • 10 to 12 years


Skills Required: DCS,PLC

Additional Requirements:
  • Having 10-12 Years Work Experiences in data analysis, demand planning, digitalization and projects.

  • Must have exposure in Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation works with PLC, DCS and SCADA.

  • Experienced in network communication protocols (Ethernet, RS-485, Profibus, Profinet etc.)

  • Capable for demand forecasting of materials and products supporting the organization.

  • Financial knowledge on Capex and Inventory management.

  • Knowledge of plant operational systems, project engineering and digital transformations.

  • Knowledge of advanced instrumentations and automation.

  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and visualization tools.

  • The ability to work co-operatively and liaise with people at all levels.

  • Good team-working skills

  • The confidence to respond positively when under pressure.

  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.

  • Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Planning and directing of project, automation and digitalization works and monitoring CAPEX budget and expenditure.

  • Directing, instructing and supervising project, automation and digitalization works

  • Developing and managing a digital transformation strategy and performing high level data analysis.

  • Gap analysis of business, operation and supporting functions and give forward improvement opportunities for sustainable productivities.

  • Diagnose, develops, integrates and provides forecasts for internal sales and operations planning.

  • Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers.

  • Aligns sales, marketing intelligence in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s) and related forecasting and planning groups.

  • Inventory control, drive Inventory optimization and tracking of Inventory to maintain TWC within budget.

  • Cost control and continuous process improvement of business and operations.

  • Controlling operative raw materials, equipment and maintenance spares.

  • Preparation and implementation of capital and departmental budgets for utility engineering and construction activities.

  • Designs in-house capital improvement projects; and performs project management activities.

  • Adheres to personal and departmental compliance with all safety regulations and safety policies.

  • Organizes work to ensure that it can be accomplished in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Maintains a positive attitude with team/unit.

  • Maintain IMS activities.

  • Maintains good public relations.
