• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) if from any IAB accredited university will be preferable.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

• At least 3 years experienced.

𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 :

• AutoCAD (Approval drawing, Working drawing & Detail Drawing)
• Sketch up.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭: Indigenous is looking for efficient Architect who has sound knowledge on Architecture & Interior design.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 f𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭:

• Paper made models, diagrams and architectural renderings for presentation.

• Prepare project BOQ, Material management and Quality controlling.

• Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section with Detail

• Working drawing.

• Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.

• Rajuk / others authority Drawings preparation.

• Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.

• Visit Construction Sites and supervise.

• Solution-oriented approach.

• Coordinate with other departments.

• Contribute to all stages of project development from conceptualization to final implementation.
