• 2-5 years of practical experience in the real estate sector.

• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project monitoring software.

• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure.

• Good knowledge of material quality checking, BOQ basics, and site safety standards.

• Flexible and proactive mindset to handle challenges and meet deadlines.

• Proven experience as Site / Project Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in Auto cad and construction drawings (Civil, Electrical , plumbing

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site workers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil works.

• Maintain documentation and reporting for all civil engineering activities.

• Prepare project plans, drawings, BOQ, estimates, and work schedules for civil-related projects.

• Manage and provide clear instructions to laborers, foremen, and sub-contractors.

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure work progress meets approved design, specification, and schedule.

• Ensure proper implementation of project drawings, plans, and technical specifications at the site.

• Maintain close coordination with electrical, mechanical, and admin departments for smooth project execution.

• Ensure all site safety protocols are strictly followed.

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.

• Verify work measurements and assist in preparing running bills of contractors.

• Identify technical issues at the site and report/resolve them through coordination with senior engineers & consultants.

• Support the project manager in ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
