• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 40 years

· Prepare RAJUK submission drawings, plan approval sheets, and required documentation for authority submission. Develop working drawings, detail drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.

· Create 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and D5 Render

· Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants to ensure design coordination.

· Design brochure, Poster design, Architectural project presentation.

· Perform other related design and documentation tasks as assigned by senior architects or project leads.

• Salary Review: Yearly
