Job Purpose:

The Site Engineer will oversee the construction and renovation of retail showrooms, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s expansion plan of opening new retail showrooms across Bangladesh and renovating existing ones to maintain a modern and functional retail environment.

Job Description:

• Supervise construction activities at multiple sites to ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor and ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship meet company standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

• Develop and maintain project schedules for construction and renovation activities.

• Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment at all construction sites.

• Track project costs and maintain budgets for each showroom project.

• Evaluate contractor bills and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Act as the primary point of contact between contractors, vendors, and company management.

• Provide regular updates to the department head on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

• Supervise renovation works to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
