• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Diploma in Textiles Engineering
• Bachelor in Textile Engineering.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Garments Accessories, Spinning

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• At least 2 years for Diploma Engineers.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Spinning Mills.·     
• Strong understanding of spinning processes (Blow Room, Carding, Drawing, Roving, and Ring Spinning).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of old spinning machinery.
• Must have experience to controlled factory (Barishal) from corporate office (Dhaka).Must have idea on spare parts of Spinning Machines.

• Monitor from head office spinning operations to ensure optimal yarn quality and productivity.
• Monitor on quality fibre properties, yarn parameters, and process settings for continuous improvement from head office.
• Troubleshoot spinning-related issues and ensure smooth machine performance.
• Monitor quality control measures and maintain production standards.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and quality teams for process optimization.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Travel to barishal factory office as per company requirement.
