• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design

• Age At least 27 years
• Only Male

• Project-wise interior concept development based on client requirements and design objectives.

• Create high-quality 2D/3D drawings, modeling, rendering & visualizations for residential and commercial interior projects.

• Perform space planning, zoning & functional layout design ensuring proper circulation and efficient use of space.

• Prepare interior design portfolios, project presentations, and visual documents for client approval.

• Attend client meetings, explain design concepts clearly, and revise designs based on feedback.

• Prepare material lists, measurement sheets, and budget support documents for project execution.

• Deliver professional design outputs using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and 3D animation tools.

• Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for each project with detailed measurement and costing alignment.

• Conduct site measurement, identify corrections, and ensure final finishing quality meets the approved design.

• Monitor design implementation on-site, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure design accuracy during execution.

• Create mood boards, material boards & design presentations for client demonstrations and project approval.

• Maintain fluent English communication for client handling, presentation, and professional correspondence.
