Responsibilities & Context:
Project Location: Gohira, Raozan, Chittagong
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise duplex building construction works from super-structure to finishing.
- Prepare structural drawings, BOQ, material estimation, and project cost analysis.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved design, safety standards, and building codes.
- Monitor contractors, workers, and site supervisors to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise RCC column, beam, slab, masonry, plaster, flooring, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and submit to management.
- Verify and approve construction materials as per specifications.
- Handle project scheduling, work planning, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify construction issues above foundation level and provide technical solutions on-site.
- Maintain strict safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain daily records of masons and contractual works and prepare bills accordingly.
- Coordinate with consultants and complete work as per their guidance.
