Key Responsibilities:
The selected COO will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising the company’s various project sites.
- Representing the company in nominated meetings and act as company representative for business development.
- Overseeing administrative functions across all concerns of the organization.
- Ensuring efficient management of construction activities and monitoring progress.
- Providing leadership and strategic direction to different departments.
- Maintaining communication with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects, quality control, and compliance with company policies.
