Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction projects.

Job Location:

• Company Head Office: Planners Tower (Level-15), Banglamotor, Dhaka

• Construction & Development Project Sites (as assigned)

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess a clear and comprehensive understanding of building design principles, construction systems, materials, and all types of architectural drawings.

• Prepare complete architectural design solutions suitable for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects based on project requirements.

• Develop detailed architectural drawings including master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare and review all types of construction drawings (architectural, coordination, and detail drawings), ensuring accuracy and practicality for execution.

• Coordinate effectively with structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC engineers to ensure integrated and conflict-free design.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, design intent, and specifications.

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for design presentations, modifications, and necessary approvals.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
