Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in interior project execution (MUST).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, construction techniques, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be capable of handling multiple sites and working under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools will be an advantage

• Oversee and execute interior projects (Residential, Commercial & Corporate) from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure smooth project operations.
• Review drawings, BOQ, work schedules, and material requirements for accurate project execution.
• Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor workflow, and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Ensure proper installation of materials such as furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, lighting, MEP coordination, etc.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management regularly.
• Maintain cost control, verify work progress, and ensure project is delivered within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and client specifications.
