SUN GAS LIMITED is one of the largest LP Gas company in Bangladesh, looking for an outstanding professional for the Assistant Operation Manager position.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Oversees daily activities, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality by managing resources, optimizing processes, analyzing performance, and leading teams.
• Implement, and refine business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 
• Oversee the procurement and allocation of resources, including materials, labor, and capital. 
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and maintaining financial health. 
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure objectives are met. 
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maximize performance and foster a positive work environment. 
• Implement and enforce policies and safety measures to maintain high standards of quality in products and services. 
• Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve operations and achieve business objectives. 
• Ensure the organization complies with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices. 
• Work with various departments and teams to coordinate efforts and solve problems.

Salary: Basic salary: BDT 258,174/-, House rent: Free Accommodation, Conveyance: BDT 6,147/- & Medical allowance: BDT 6,147/- per month. Other Benefits: As per company policy.
