Responsibilities & Context:
A. Conceptualized and develop architectural designs, floor plans and 3D models.
B. Preparation of FAR analysis, authority approval drawings (i.e. Rajuk and Cantonment board drawings)
C. Preparation of architectural detail drawings with specifications.
D. Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations (i.e. Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala 2025, DAP 2022-2035, BNBC 2020 etc.) and safety standards.
E. Meet with clients to define project objectives, requirements, design preferences and deadlines.
F. Coordinate with associate design consultant (structural, MEP etc.) and liaison with project engineers and contractors.
G. Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure proper implementation of design, drawings and specifications.
