∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad,Civil Engineering,MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with structural consultants for collection of structural drawings.
∎ Checking/reviewing structural drawings of various projects with architectural and MEP drawings.
∎ Coordination with clients for submission of drawings and receiving clients review on architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
∎ Collect geotechnical reports, topographic survey report and other project related information.
∎ Site supervision and coordination with site for revision drawing.
∎ Prepare estimate and costing properly for Project Budget.
∎ Prepare Rate Analysis as per current market Rate.
∎ Collect and update the materials and Labor prices.
∎ Checking / updating the revised budget time to time.
∎ Any other works assigned by management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
