Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead complete architectural & interior design projects from concept to final execution
- Develop space planning, design concepts, mood boards & material selection professionally
- Prepare architectural drawings, interior layouts, working drawings & detailing
- Create high-quality 3D visualization, rendering & presentation for clients
- Handle residential, commercial, office & showroom interior projects independently
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors & site engineers effectively
- Monitor site progress and ensure design implementation as per approved drawing
- Prepare BOQ, estimation, project schedule & material specifications
- Ensure project quality, functionality, aesthetics & timely delivery
- Solve design and execution issues professionally during project implementation
