Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years` of working experience in a similar field in the pharmaceuticals industry
Proficiency in preparing Gantt charts, AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit Architecture (mandatory)
Ability to prepare MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs using the latest software tools
Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, architectural, and structural design principles
Ability to apply strong analytical skills to design calculations and feasibility evaluations
Must have working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Should have the mentality to visit different sites, if required
Should be a smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent, and committed individual

Job Description
- Design process-flow layouts for Solid Dosage, Liquid, and Sterile manufacturing facilities
- Conduct HVAC design calculations and ensure compliance with cleanroom and containment requirements
- Maintain familiarity with GMP, FDA, WHO, and other relevant regulatory standards
- Prepare BOQs, budgets, and comprehensive project documentation
- Assess site feasibility, identify limitations, and propose practical design solutions
- Prepare project profiles, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), budgets, and cost estimates
- Interpret project briefs and collaborate with users, engineers, and stakeholders to finalize blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management
