∎ HSC/ Bachelor degree from any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: CAD, Cad Pattern Master, woven Garments
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cutting Production, Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Independently follow-up, monitor, control and responsible for all cutting related activities.
∎ Proven capability to understand different specification & requirements.
∎ Thorough knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, size set etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit and woven garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern and pattern grading to ensure zero error of cutting.
∎ Verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Reduce fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting quality.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Received the Fabrics and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Ensure Numbering are made properly and bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
∎ Should have effective controls to eliminate fabric wastage.
∎ Any others assignment has given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs;
∎ Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of Knit and Woven Fabrics
∎ Knowledge in CAD will be given preferable.
