Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master's Degree from a reputed University (Degree from Public Universities preferred) in Business or Commerce or Social Science
∎ At least two first division/ class with no third division / class in any of the public exams [i.e. SSC, HSC, Undergraduate levels]
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
∎ Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
∎ Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings.
∎ Hire and train new customer service agents.
∎ Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
∎ Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
∎ Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure timely and efficient deliveries of customers' service needs.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 years of experience in the domain of customer service or client relations in an established organization will be given preference.
∎ Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
∎ Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
∎ Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
∎ Good command over both oral and written English & Bangla languages.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, meeting & greeting skills.
∎ Professional and dependable working attitude.
∎ Ability and willingness to do multi-tasking, prioritize and take initiative to meet goals.
∎ Willing to do networking and meeting new people.
∎ Good listening and analytical skills.
∎ Willingness to work for extended hours under pressure and meet deadlines.
