∎ Deep GSD (UK) knowledge preferred

∎ Advanced knowledge of sewing machinery and production feasibility

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee the costing function across all manufacturing units.
∎ Guide and supervise Assistant Managers to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
∎ Review, validate, and finalize Standard Minute Values (SMVs) and sewing constructions.
∎ Ensure accurate and feasible construction inputs for cost estimation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Planning, and Sample Departments.
∎ Maintain and regularly update the method and feature library for costing references.
∎ Conduct regular factory visits to validate operations and provide technical support.
∎ Drive process optimization and cost efficiency through GSD-based analysis.
∎ Train and develop team members to build capacity in GSD and costing methodologies.
∎ Support the Head of Group IE with reporting, analytics, and strategic planning.
∎ Take ownership of additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
