Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor new Central Bank directives, ensure effective communication to relevant teams and maintain an updated database of all regulations while advising management on necessary actions.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries, also to prepare appropriate responses.
• Draft and submit permission requests to regulatory authorities, and ensure all necessary permissions are obtained.
• Serve as the main liaison during regulatory inspections and facilitate a coordinated audit process and prepare compliance reports timely for submission to the Central Bank.
• Track all communications with regulators and internal stakeholders, escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
