  • Minimum 8 years of experience in social compliance within the garment/textile industry
  • Proven track record of managing compliance programs similar manufacturing environments

Required Skills and Competencies:-

  • Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and international compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluency in English and Bengali
  • Advanced computer skills MS Office


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and continuously update the company`s social compliance framework

  • Create and manage compliance policies aligned with international standards (ILO, SA8000, WRAP, BSCI)

  • Conduct regular risk assessments of supplier factories

  • Design and implement supplier code of conduct

  • Plan and execute comprehensive social compliance audits

  • Develop robust audit protocols and checklist systems

  • Perform unannounced and scheduled factory inspections

  • Track and document compliance performance metrics

  • Identify and address potential compliance gap

  • Prepare detailed compliance reports for management and international clients

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit findings

  • Develop corrective action plans for identified non-compliance issues
