Additional Requirements:
3-5 years of working experience as a merchandiser in knit garments industry
Experience in LPP & PEPCO buyer handling will be preferred
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for garment collections
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost and quality
Create and maintain detailed supplier databases and performance tracking systems
Coordinate sample development and approve final product specifications
Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of garment orders
Conduct quality control inspections and manage product compliance
Prepare detailed cost analysis and pricing strategies
Manage product costing, margin calculations, and budget adherence
