Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing internal audit and follow-up audit on Ethical Standards, Buyers Code of Conduct, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT, BW, ISO, Technical/Quality, Safety issues (building, electrical & fire safety) and Environmental issues to all suppliers as well as in factory as required.
∎ Visit supplier factories and ensure social and ethical standards and follow up approval procedures.
∎ To ensure Conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved.
∎ Prepare Corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Ability to find out the nonconformity and to take proper measures to address the noncompliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Must have ability to prepare all reports and correspondences with stakeholders in English & Bengali.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ To have strong knowledge on all technical and social compliance, labor laws, ethical code and conducts pertaining to protocols in Ready Made Garments & Textiles industry.
∎ To have excellent communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Reputed 3rd party auditor will be given preference
