Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory's Compliance activities.
∎ Develop and implement plan of action for factories to meet legal, social and safety regulations.
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, BW, RSC & ACCORD, etc, and able to face audits and meet requirements.
∎ Develop and oversee execution of corrective actions plans and monitor until completion
∎ Conduct factory audits as per customer's requirements
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and top security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Ensure the factory is always prepared for audits like Social/ Technical/ Security Audit.
∎ Maintenance & ensuring of a safe, secure and healthy working environment.
∎ Ensure and look after overall safety and security of the factory.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in reputed Garments factory.
∎ Must know the MS Office package and be able to type in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills in person and through emailing skills
Salary: Negotiable
