Context:

Alpha Clothing Limited is a 100% export-oriented Garments Industry, looking for outstanding professional for a AVP, Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to boost business; conducting research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Searching for new orders, onboarding new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing international brands (USA, UK, European markets).
• Working closely with in-house design and product development (PD) teams to develop new collections, focusing on trend analysis and fashion forecasting.
• Handling cost analysis, price negotiation, and managing the product portfolio including selection and pricing to ensure maximum profitability.
• Ensuring smooth production follow-up, timely delivery, and high-quality standards by collaborating with production units and supply chain teams.
• Managing the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing regular reports on marketing metrics (KPIs) for senior leadership.
• Mentoring and managing the marketing team, fostering a high performance culture & assisting with recruitment and training.

• House rent: BDT 36,600/- per month.
• Conveyance: BDT 12,200/- per month.
