Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain and maintain a compliant Factory as buyer requirement.
∎ Ensures legal documents (fire license, factory license, Trade license, CPP License, various approvals, Chemical, Boiler, and Generator) are updated through respective departments.
∎ Implement the legal requirements related to health and safety, wages, and benefits, working hours, disciplinary actions.
∎ Implement the requirements of ACCORD (RSC), ALLLIANCE (NIRAPON) STANDARD in respect of Fire safety, Electrical Safety and Structural Safety.
∎ Implement the requirements of Buyers/Brands.
∎ Conducts regular internal audit to keep the premises compliant.
∎ Prepare various policies related to legal requirements.
∎ Communicates, coordinates, and faces buyer’s audit and third-party audit body (SADEX, BSCI, RSC, Better Work, C-TPAT/ WRAP) by providing required documents.
∎ Handle HIGG. Update FEM and FSLM.
∎ Prepare the audit Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
∎ Ensures subordinates (provides instruction) are preparing various documents as per buyer’s code of conduct.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in social compliance audit like BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, GRS audit, Buyer like M&S, GAP, George & H&M Additional Requirements
∎ Must have knowledge about 'Bangladesh Labor Law', Bangladesh Labor Rules, COC of different buyers & audit firm.
