∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 5 to 6 year experience in managerial position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise procurement department to ensure proper maintenance of all systems & functions.
∎ Implement & monitor policies and procedures related to the Procurement Dept. functions within the company and ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
∎ Ensure legal & regulatory compliance, related to local and international laws regarding to Procurement Department.
∎ Responsible for selecting suppliers and managing suppliers for a particular item (s). Meets with suppliers, ensures quality standards.
∎ To ensure that supply chain members can respond quickly when market condition change & must develop effective communication processes.
∎ Monitor procurement department employee performance, establishing metrics to assess factors such as quality, cost and delivery performance.
∎ Uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance procurement processes.
∎ Building good business relation with the suppliers for uninterred after sale service.
∎ Responsible for ensuring Materials for Regular Operation (MRO)
∎ Responsible for ensuring all types procurement related to project.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise and train up the subordinates. Ensure team work and excellent interpersonal relationship among the team to achieve department goal;
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
