Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor in any Commerce
∎ MBA will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compulsory working experience with Knit Composite factory.
∎ Perform all import related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
∎ New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Lien Bank inclusion & exclusion etc.
∎ Perform to get availability and enhancement in chemical import with detail experience of chemical usage in a dyeing/washing section according to the chemical consumption and of course have a sound knowledge on Chemical HS code.
∎ Need verse knowledge for BGMEA related jobs like UD, Amendment etc.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Must have Experience to face Custom Audit.
∎ Must have practical experience to prepare and process UP from Customs Bond.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ Responsible for DAD work.
∎ Manage and control customs & revenue activities related to the company.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs, VAT, Bond.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act and bond formalities
∎ Obtain/ renewal of all kind of related licenses e.g. ERC, IRC, and Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB, BGMEA and Fire license.
∎ Capability to do UP, EX-BOND/IN-BOND in time with the assistance to the factory to maintain BOND REGISTER.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ Maintain good relationship with all government institutions.
∎ UD & other customs related functions
∎ Co-ordinate with other Govt./Regulatory Offices e.g., CCI&E, BOI, BGMEA for smooth and timely operation of commercial department
∎ Effective communication with freight forwarders & C& F agents for timely forwarding of export consignment & clearance of import consignment
∎ Ensure timely Management Reporting related to commercial function
∎ Any other activities as & when asked by the Management.
∎ Good knowledge regarding the Work Order processing & receiving, issuance of P/I, S/C adding necessary terms & conditions.
∎ Sound knowledge on LC opening, checking, verifying & amendment, Documents & record sheet preparing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Commercial Related Job experience in RMG Industry, Corporate Office.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge & Experience of Back to Back L/C, HS Code, Customs Act, Import & Export policy, Bond Formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export on Commercial Issues etc.
