• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed university

• BBA (Major in Marketing) background preferred

Experience & Business Area:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (preferably in the construction or real estate sector)

• Candidate must have experience as Assistant Manager (Business Development)/ Manager (Business Development) in previous company minimum for 3 years.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Sound knowledge of PWD, RAJUK, LGED, and other relevant authorities` procedures.

• Strong network in government and private sector clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and documentation.

• Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is highly preferred.

• The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to contribute to the company’s long- term business objectives.

Job Context: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manager – Business Development to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The candidate will play a key role in securing new construction projects (both public and private), preparing proposals, handling tenders, and driving strategic growth.

Office address: 13/1, Topkhana road, Segunbagicha, Dhaka-1000.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities (public/private sector construction projects).

• Prepare, review, and submit EOI, RFQ, and RFP documents.

• Maintain relationships with government and private clients, developers, consultants, and vendors.

• Monitor tender notices and coordinate the tendering process.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project proposals, budgets, and feasibility studies.

• Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote the company.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management on market trends and business performance.

• Follow up with clients for ongoing and upcoming project opportunities.
