Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or M.Com in Accounting, Finance & Banking from any reputed University or (1,000 Marks completed) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirmation of stock movement of Fiber/Cotton, Yarn, Fabrics, Dyes & Chemicals and Stores & Spares i.e. Opening Stock + Purchase/Inter Company Receive/Sales Return - Issue to production/Sales/Purchase return/Inter Company Issue = Closing Stock;
∎ Check and verify all purchase items in consideration of corresponding documents like purchase requisition, Delivery Challan (with gate entry and store entry), QC Report, MRR/GRN and Purchase Invoice/Bill;
∎ Check and verify all items issue to production with approved Store Requisition (SR) initiated by the consuming department along with proper recording in the Store Ledger by the Store Department as well as in the Daily Production Report/Sub-Store Ledger by the consuming department;
∎ Check and verify intercompany receive and issue as per approved documents along with Store Ledger recording in the books of both companies;
∎ Check and verify sales return and purchase return as per valid documents along with Store Ledger recording;
∎ Check and verify all sales/Service Charge delivery challan for ensuring name of customer, delivery quantity, date of delivery and proper recording in the Finished Goods Store Ledger as well as Accounts Receivable Subsidiary Ledger;
∎ Check and verify the rate of sales/Service charge as per approved sale contract/agreement;
∎ Confirm dyes & chemical consumption as per color and shade considering allowable wastage percentage;
∎ Analysis of process wise daily production report for ensuring the actual finished goods production, raw materials consumption, Wastage percentage and variance analysis with standards identifying the reasons behind this;
∎ Monthly Reconciliation of opening raw materials, work in process, finished goods and wastage with valuation for actual determination of consumption and true position of stock;
∎ Check and verify the petty cash and cheque payment transactions on regular basis;
∎ Prepare activity wise MIS report to conduct the assigned jobs effectively & efficiently and report to management on regular basis;
∎ Monitoring of the factory salary disbursement and give assistance to the Accounts Department for smooth completion of the disbursement;
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience not less than 10 year(s) in total and at least 4 years of experience in the textile sector like spinning, knitting, Dyeing & Printing as well as garments;
∎ The applicant is currently acting as a Manager (Audit) or holding equivalent post in any reputed company in the textile sector;
∎ ?The applicant should have enough experience (other than Accounts & Audit) in the related areas like Cotton Parameters, Yarn composition/configuration, Fabric construction, Dyes & Chemicals etc;
∎ The applicant should have clear idea about Knit, woven , Sweater, Knitting, Dyeing and Printing process
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power point presentation, accounting software and databases.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Adequate knowledge about accounting and auditing standards as well as local laws, rules & regulations.
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
∎ Sound independent judgment.
