Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute learning strategies and programs
∎ Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the Group.
∎ Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
∎ Identify, own and manage risks arising from strategic and operational OD and learning and development plans, projects and initiatives
∎ Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs and initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives
∎ Provide advice and counsel to employees on various matters including career progression, education programs and conflict resolution.
∎ Implement HR functional excellence, Succession Planning, Leadership pipeline & coaching for carrying out the Training & Development Plans for future.
∎ Develop HR Policies and Procedures- for all aspects of personnel management-recruitment, retention, corrective action, training and staff development, benefits and compensation, employee grievance resolution and etc.
∎ Implement and monitor Groups HR plan and policies in the Business Unit and provide full and professional HR services to the Business Unit
∎ Researching, developing and implementing the best practices of HR as a part of Human Resources Development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
