Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer: C&A, KIABI, LIDL
∎ New product development and presentation to buyer based on current fashion inspiration.
∎ Product analysis and offer competitive price. Negotiation with buyer to finalize Price and confirm order.
∎ Prepare pre-costing budget for confirm style.
∎ Responsible for order placement according to vendor strength of products.
∎ Responsible for Fabric and raw materials sourcing.
∎ Communication with buyer for all kind of clarification and sample approval.
∎ Follow up and check fabric & trims in house status, inventory, and inspection report.
∎ Maintain Time and action according to production plan and garment delivery.
∎ Follow up production report, inline and final inspection.
∎ Travel to Vendor locations frequently to resolve production issues.
∎ Inform line manager about vendor performance issue and support in follow up actions.
∎ Follow up with commercial team for export L/C, forwarder booking, shipment and export payment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong product and material knowledge with good development skill, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team Member, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
∎ Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in English (Written and spoken)
∎ Knowledge in MS office programs & ERP.
