Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up on quality, production, development of new plan to establish and implementation of extra good quality product.
∎ To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality and also customer satisfaction.
∎ Attend quality complainants and customer feedback sessions in export oriented garments manufactures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.
∎ Report producing for management.
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction required quality by visiting factories.
∎ Candidates with maintenance will be preferred.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge for 45000 spindles mills about Raw material management, process control and yarn quality of a 100% export oriented modern Spinning Mills.
∎ He should be dynamic ,result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern quality and production management system .
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% cotton , PC/CVC, Mélange, MVS Yarn and fancy yarns .
