Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Graduate/ Master`s degree in any discipline.

• Preferably retired commissioned /non -commissioned Army officer.

• At least 5-7 years’ work experience in garments sector .

• Candidates should have adequate knowledge and experience in general administrative rules and regulations etc.

• He must have good command and control over the subordinate officers and staffs to get the jobs done.

• He should able to operate computer, Drafting official letters in English ,self-motivated, well behaved, dynamic, and energetic and result oriented.

A manager who have management skills in administration, security and transport management in a large Garments (Woven) factory located at KEPZ, North Patenga Chittagong.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of day-to-day operations of factory administration

• Inspect the office management services on routine basis to ensure the proper implementation and management of the services.

• Accountable for transport management.

• Accountable for House Keeping of the factory.

• Accountable for security section as per CTPAT standard.

• Liaison with Government/Non-Government agencies as and when required.

• Well conversant to regularize foreigners employment visa documents.

• Keep the management fully informed in a timely and candid manner about day-to-day administrative issues of the factory.

• Any other job as and when required.
