Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, update and implement HR Policy and Job description of employees.
Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development, ACR.
Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues.
Deal with all HR related issues and Follow up compliance related task as well.
Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/ compliance auditors.
Sound knowledge on BLA – 2006 and Amendments, Factories Acts, Fire prevention law and ILO Convention relevant to spinning and Textile.
Liaison with BTMA compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment Department, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits.
Monitor, supervise administrative, transport and overall logistic issues as per group policy.
Monitor the security and safety issues to keep the premises safe and secured.
Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all activist and work procedures.
Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
Manage to hire workers urgent basis when required.
Must have practical knowledge of Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting.
