Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the quality of production at every stage in working process.
∎ Determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Assess customer requirements and ensure that these are met.
∎ Set customer service standards.
∎ Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
∎ Investigate and set standards for quality.
∎ Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
∎ Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems.
∎ Determine training needs.
∎ Monitor performance of sub-ordinates.
∎ Supervise to technical or laboratory staff.
∎ Communicate to the rest of the manufacturing team members to achieve Zero defects.
∎ Always takes case to minimize the wastage & help to decrease the cost of product.
∎ Control the consumption of tools.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
