Responsibilities & Context:
GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Management Trainee - Purchase & Procurement" Department for Factory, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end supply chain operations.
Support procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in logistics planning, shipment tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Finance, Quality Control) to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
