Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Responsibilities:
∎ Establish production plans and schedule.
∎ Maintain and Monitor production schedule
∎ Ensure materials available for production
∎ Raise request of Material to Materials Dept. according to production plan
∎ Monitoring of production output and coordinating shipment deadline
∎ Monitor, follow up and compare production progress as per planning schedule and in case of unexpected situation take corrective action concerning key account head and Head of planning.
∎ Prepare production related reports (OTD, order completion status)
∎ Review plan on daily basis and wherever required, set alternative plan to meet customers’ deadlines. If at all deadline cannot be met, communicate with concern person.
∎ Ensures that safety, quality, maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Follow up received & delivery status and prepare report as per plan to concern person.
∎ Follow up production floor and maintain required MIS.
∎ Work with capacity planning & facility layout.
∎ Knit garments production Planning will be encouraged to apply
∎ Any other task as assigned by the superior.
∎ IE Responsibilities:
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
∎ Ensure style wise line balancing. Lay Out the production schedule so that production quotas are met.
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
∎ Analyzing productivity and improve system by implement kaizen process.
∎ Check the cutting production; sewing production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; cutting balance, non productive report; and Compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
∎ Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine.
∎ Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare still inventory for the operator.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Arrange technical and pre- production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line
∎ Assist IE manager to execute and evaluate workers’ performance, motivating workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ B.Sc in textile from BUTEX / Honors in BIFT / IE from AUST,SUST or any Government Textile Institute
∎ Any third class not allowed
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ After completion of Six months of service if his/ her performance is found excellent, allowances will be TK.20,OO0/- and designation will Executive. S/he will also be entitled to become regular employee.
