Responsibilities & Context:
Support the daily production activities to achieve the planned production targets.
Monitor machine performance, production quality, and process efficiency under the guidance of Production Manager.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM.
Assist in preparing production schedules, work instructions, and process documentation.
Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review.
Learn and apply company policies, production systems, and standard operating procedures.
