Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology

• Age 23 to 32 years

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems or AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and factory environments.

• Support the daily production activities to achieve the planned production targets.

• Monitor machine performance, production quality, and process efficiency under the guidance of Production Manager.

• Assist in preparing production schedules, work instructions, and process documentation.

• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review.

• Learn and apply company policies, production systems, and standard operating procedures.
